Coral Hospitality Announces Caribbean Property Agreement
Florida-based hospitality management company signs contract with Caribbean property

NAPLES, FL - January 14, 2009 - Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management and investment company specializing in resorts, hotels, clubs and residential communities, has signed a technical services agreement with BayView Resort Village on St. Lucia.

The agreement between Coral Hospitality and BayView Resort Village is comprised of all pre-opening projects including the coordination of all marketing, accounting and operational items including furniture, fixtures, equipment and operating systems for the 140 two and three-bedroom villas. Coral Hospitality will also consult on the overall design of the property as well as the training and development of all staff members.

“We’re extremely excited to be increasing our presence in the Caribbean and to work closely with the developer, Island Construction Corporation, to create a unique resort experience in a spectacular setting,” commented Lee Weeks, Chief Executive Officer of Coral Hospitality.

Currently scheduled to open in phases beginning in the fall of 2009, BayView is an affordable luxury community set within lush gardens in a stunning hillside position that affords wonderful panoramas across the beautiful tropical island of St Lucia including views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. The family-oriented resort will have a clubhouse featuring a restaurant and bar, spa, fitness center, multi level swimming pools and sports facilities – tennis courts, squash courts and over 2km of walking and jogging trails.
