Coral Hospitality Announces Caribbean Property Agreement
Florida-based hospitality management company signs contract with Caribbean property

NAPLES, FL - January 14, 2009 - Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management and investment company specializing in resorts, hotels, clubs and residential communities, has signed a technical services agreement with BayView Resort Village on St. Lucia.

The agreement between Coral Hospitality and BayView Resort Village is comprised of all pre-opening projects including the coordination of all marketing, accounting and operational items including furniture, fixtures, equipment and operating systems for the 140 two and three-bedroom villas. Coral Hospitality will also consult on the overall design of the property as well as the training and development of all staff members.
