CLEARWATER BEACH, FL (June 13, 2007) – Coral Hospitality has appointed Linda Dennis Director of the Sandpearl Resort’s Spa, scheduled to open with the resort in late summer 2007. The 11,000 square foot Spa has been designed by Anne Braham, and features signature treatments incorporating pearls extracts, seven treatment rooms including a couples room, nail salon and Jacuzzi with cascading waterfalls, fitness center, and much more. The Sandpearl Resort will feature 253 guest rooms and suites within an eight-story luxury hotel. Sandpearl will be the first new beachfront resort on Clearwater Beach in over 25 years, and the Spa will be the only one of its kind on Clearwater Beach.
Dennis brings 25 years of experience in spa and salon management to the Sandpearl Spa. “The Sandpearl Spa will provide a sanctuary on Clearwater Beach that doesn’t currently exist,” stated Stuart Arp, General Manager of the Sandpearl Resort. “Dennis’ past experiences in spa and salon management provide her with the expertise needed to introduce a luxury spa to resort guests, Clearwater Beach visitors, and Tampa Bay area residents.”
The Spa’s signature treatments will include: the Pearl Iridescence facial, which combines extracts of powdered pearl and aromatic botanicals with an acupressure and lymphatic massage; and the Body Iridescence, which uses crushed pearl paste, dry skin brushing and a warm silica balm to stimulate circulation, detoxify and ease fatigue.
In addition to the spa treatments, the Sandpearl Spa will also offer a series of life enriching programs designed to bring mind, body and soul into balance. Programs include artistic courses, natural food cooking lessons, sunset picnics, beachside sunrise/sunset rituals of yoga, Tai Chi and meditation, and much more.
