Building partnerships is at the core of Coral’s business strategy and this philosophy has served it well over the years.  At its inception at The Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, FL, Coral partnered with a family investment group, then extended itself to South Miami Beach, FL, when it acquired the Essex House in 2000.  With the same partner/owner, Coral grew to four hotels by 2003.

Coral’s condominium division began at a single meeting with a high-end condominium developer for one property in Hollywood, FL.  This quickly led to $500 million of apartment conversions throughout Florida over the next seven years.

Coral’s Georgia partner originally selected Coral for its operations partner at one resort, and then added another resort less than one year later.  Now eight years later, Coral continues to work on various other park and resort projects for this partner.

One club management contract with a major US land developer lasted 11 years.  During this period Coral designed, opened, and managed four additional Country Clubs and Master Associations.

The Coral philosophy is simple, “Do what you say you are going to do… be aggressive, but accurate in your promises and your clients will become your partners.  Together, growth and success will follow.”  Coral is proud of its partnerships and attributes this longevity directly to the basic simplicity and ethical soundness of its philosophy.  Over its history, this adage has become the rule and has placed Coral in the enviable position of enjoying partnerships and friends all over the United States and the Caribbean.
